Bloemfontein Celtics ruin Kaizer Chiefs spoils, fans are disappointed.
The most bold thing that could be seen from today's Hunt's line-up is the tactical change of strikers being swopped into wingers, the likes of Mashiane & Manyama took the flanks.
Chiefs took the lead in the 3rd minute when Happy Mashiane did the undone by hanging the Celtic goalkeeper Jackson Mabokgwane with an excellent free-kick which headed to the top corner.
Manyama made a significant assist to Eric Mathoho, who netted the second goal for Kaizer Chiefs which came in just 10 minutes after the opening goal. In the 22nd minute Siwelele Sa Ma Selesele managed to scoop a cancellation goal from Ndumiso Mabena after a clean one-two with Neo Maema.
Just 10 minutes after the half time, a gift from the God happened for Celtics as Potsane did a quick jab to Ndumiso who gave him the ball back and only to find that he was down, fouled by Ngezana. The referee didn't think twice he spotted the penalty spot and it was from there when Letsoalo put his team on draw.
With 15 minutes to go, Zuma availed a greatest cross from corner which missed everyone and reached Daniel Cardoso at the back post, instead of connecting with the ball to head it in he missed the chance and the hands were on his head. Ngobeni made a spectacular run in the dying clock and attempted a volley which was saved after a full stretch, after those chances no other chances were created, the final whistle was blown and Celtic claimed their 12th draw of the season.
As things stand Kaizer Chiefs will need more than 2 wins in order to be in the Top 8. What do you think about Chief's today feature?
