Jacob Zuma is a well known South African former president who is also a famous politician. Mr. J.G Zuma was born in Nkandla during the 1942's. The former ANC president got elected for the first time in 2009 but never won, he then didn't retaliate, running the campaign again in 2014 which he became a triumph in his books. Jacob Zuma has been in the politics for so long, running in "incognito mode" as deputy president of the country from early 1999 until 2005, he joined the ANC which the government dismissed.

There is a great side of Mr. Zuma that is overlooked and least talked about. Here it is : Mr Zuma was arrested and put behind bars in Robben Island for 10 years in allegations against overthrowing the government. He did his time and partnered with his fellow inmates at the time, Nelson Mandela. Zuma re-established the ANC after his release from prison. During his reigning days as president, Zuma has supported leftist economic policies. His political legacy has been marred with controversy. The man of spotlight although faced some allegations which stemmed from the conviction of his financial advisor on charges of fraud and corruption. Zuma has been married six times and the number of his children is said to be over 20.
